For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Monthly accountability time. So, here is March's wrap up.

    First, I want to point out that MyFitnessPal let me know that I had my starting weight incorrect in some of my posts. This one is correct.

    Age: 51
    Height: 5' 7 1/4"
    Starting BMI: 31.5
    Today, BMI: 22.235
    Goal BMI: 20 - 22

    Starting weight: 201 (April 18, 2019)
    May 1, 2020: 182 lbs.
    Jan 27. 2021: 148.4 lbs.
    July 1, 2021: 171.6 (I ate a lot of comfort food after my kid's father passed. That's ok. That's what I needed at that moment. Then, I was ready to get back on track with my diet for my health.)

    Today's weight: 141 lbs.
    Pounds lost: 60
    Goal weight: 130 lbs.

    Diet: Clean eating: no soda, no sugary drinks, no fast food, no processed foods (except veggie meats), low carb (very close to Dr Axe's Keto plan), drink 70-100 ozs. of water a day, no magic pills, no magic potions

    Exercise: low impact physical therapy exercises because of knee and shoulders injuries

    Oh, and using MyFitnessPal to track everything...
