So helpful, as always! I especially appreciate the tips for keeping your mood up when you're disappointed by the results on the scale. One thing that helps me is to look in the mirror before weighing and acknowledging that I like what I see. I'm not perfect and I'm not where I want to be yet, but I'm making progress and I'm proud of that.
