How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I hate the scale. I get on it everyday and see no progress. I need to stop getting on it but damn it’s so hard not to. Do you weigh often? How do you prevent getting on it? I even go move it out of the way and still find my self going and getting it and checking my numbers.

@finallyallison

i weight at the start and end of the game, so it works out to once a month! i had to have my husband remove the batteries and hide my scale. best thing i ever did

mehtomotivated

I weigh once a week. Put it away somewhere inconvenient in the meantime.
