For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • So excited! Just finished Illana DietBet with lots of fluctuations but I lost 2 pounds. I gained lots of NSVs and learned so much about myself and healthy mindset for weight loss.

    I’m 45, single with no children and struggled with an eating disorder in my teens and 20s and with emotional eating in my 30s.

    Finally have a healthy relationship with food and the scale in my 40s with 2B Mindset but DietBets can be triggering for me.
