I don’t but I started out tracking my food for the first week then I got a good idea of how much I should be eating.

I think I’ll just focus on the exercise for the first month (of my 6month goal) and use food tracking if the numbers don’t come down. I find exercise makes me feel free but calorie counting makes me feel restricted.
