  • Hi everyone! This is my first DietBet and I am so excited!

    Here are my macros for today, and some photos of meals when I remembered. I am gluten free, 95% dairy free, and pescatarian, so would love to know if anyone else is doing this with similar dietary preferences.

    Breakfast - avocado toast with grapes

    Lunch - protein fruit smoothie, banana and protein bar

    Dinner - rice and lentils with a yogurt and some chickpea crisps

Hi, same dietary preferences here too! (Occasionally eat meat but pretty vegetarian day to day). Glad I’m not the only one! :blush:

I'm pretty close, but minus the gluten-free (for now) and recently started going dairy free. I usually only consume turkey once a week via turkey bacon or turkey sausage and that's been pretty consistent for the last 10 years.
