For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Frustrated with myself this month. The beginning of February I had a shoulder injury so I took a couple weeks off of lifting to recover. I ate a few meals off plan with a birthday and anniversary. When I got on the scale last Friday I was 5lbs away from goal so figured there was no way I was going to make it so had a couple alcoholic beverages Saturday and some chocolate (not a lot of either, but I’d been abstaining to reach my goals). Well, I get on the scale this morning to submit my round 2 weigh in…I only missed it by 0.4lbs!!

I hate the stupid scale. Got on this morning just for the heck of it, down 2 lbs from 24 hours ago. :weary::joy:
Oh well, I’m that much closer for next month.
