How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Hit my goal spot on this morning, and I was so excited! My weigh out was rejected :( Guess I'll take this as a challenge to make good choices and try again when I get home today! I've worked so hard to make goal and I'm not ready to give up!!

I always put mine on the scale. Is that wrong? I have never been denied. I haven’t weighed in yet.

It's best not to have anything under/touching the scale for weigh-in photos as other objects or thicker papers/cardboard can interfere with the measurement.
