How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I wasn't going to do this again but I saw in family group pics over the weekend that i’m bigger than I thought so here I go again.

I find it more of a struggle now I'm 51, I’ve never been a gym bunny so it's back to IF, walking and hopefully yoga and home weights. Anyone relate to the struggle over 50?

Oh yes, our bodies change and it gets harder but not impossible! Find what works for you and make those little changes that keep you moving toward your goal. Ultimately, we want to find what works for us for the long haul. :) You've got this!

Yep, 52 here and officially hit menopause last year. I noticed my belly growing again and didn't realize that was a menopause thing but apparently it is. I have noticed more achiness, too. Of course not being on track and allowing my changing hormones to be an excuse has got to stop. I need to be back on track.
