  • I want to encourage you to think about how much water you're getting daily. Being well hydrated is so beneficial for weight loss and good health!

    Many of you have probably already set a personal daily water goal for yourselves, how many ounces a day are you aiming for? How do you track your intake?

Wow you guys drink a lot of water! I rarely have even a glass. I’m going to start off with 24oz - even that will be a challenge for me.

Right now I’m only drinking about 50-60 a day, trying to work my way back up to 100 a day. For my weight they say 130 a day, but not sure that’ll happen!
