How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Did great last week, but struggling again this week. I just can’t seem to satisfy my hunger this week. I even increased my protein intake.

I’ve had an enlargement on my thyroid for 2 months now which I still don’t know what the problem is quite yet. Hypothyroidism and other thyroid issues run in my family.

My thyroid levels were fine on my blood test, but I’m still waiting to get a thyroid ultrasound done that my dr wants me to do. I had to reschedule my appt 3 times now due to my husband switching jobs and our new medical insurance taking forever to process. It’s beyon frustrating.

Anyways, I supposed I’m just venting my struggles and frustrations. It didn’t use to be this hard to lose weight.

McQueen, yeah always get a hunger spike a few days before my period. But my next one isn’t for a couple of weeks. I’m feeling better today though after getting lots of water in. I think is was a mix of dehydration, and my body getting tired of being in a deficit for too long.

Hey Amanda. I come bearing unsolicited advice.

Feel free to disregard.

My way that has worked tremendously and continues to be enjoyable is high fat high protein, 0 carb.

It helps me not feel like a rabbit with a celery addiction mostly.

My appetite is sated after about 10-15 minutes of eating, and I don’t think about eating for another like 6 hours?

I eat 2-3 times a day and just have happiness and energy all day.

The nutrient density is also really high(especially iron) so that helps me exercise with full strength.

Best luck on your path my friend.

WARNING. Do not try my path unless you truly have the courage.

It’s a change for sure.

Best of luck!
