For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I’ve been feeling quite frustrated as my weight has plateaued the last couple of weeks despite continuing to watch my diet and keep up with my workouts… frustration officially ended yesterday as a coworker told me she can tell I’ve been losing weight and asked me what I’ve been doing bc I am looking fit! GUYS - I have never stuck with a program long enough for anyone outside of immediate family (who knew I was trying) to comment and it has re-fueled my motivation so much! Grateful for this transformer and you all!!

James - not following a specific diet plan, just small changes including not eating take out / fast food, cut out all alcohol, and try not to eat after dinner time (I was a really bad late night snacker when I watched tv and now I just drink a hot tea instead)
