For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • We went down south and explored the Tuscon area for a couple of days. I sad no to a lot of things, drank almost all water, made sure to eat all the protein and veggies on my plates and only some of the carbs, and made sure to pick healthier meals on menus. I don’t lose any weight the last couple of days, but I didn’t gain weight either!

    Overall, I think I’m gonna miss my goal weight again. I only lost 2 pounds this month so far, and have 5 more pounds to lose. I was hoping to lose more so next month will be easier. Looks like I will have to just keep working hard at it, and hopefully I will catch up by the end of next month.
