How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Hi! Need some encouragement here 😔
I didn’t win last round and I’m very far from the next goal. I don’t know if I’m going to be able to make it. I’ve lost motivation and feel very frustrated. I started strong but right now, I’m just feeling it’s a far goal. I’m 4 kg over the weight goal of May 😣

I also needed extra motivation and sought other help. What I have so far, not that it's a big secret, that when you track what you're eating you are able to visually see where you need to make the changes. I've limited myself to 1500 calories until I meet my goal weight. I use FitBit to log in all my meals. I don't exclude any foods- when I reach my calorie limit, I'm done eating for the day. It helps you to make smarter choices about what to eat as well...opting for foods that are good for you and keep you full longer, rather than a chocolate bar for that sugar rush. It is definitely helping me lose the weight. Plenty of free food journals online as well.
