  • I had a cool win this morning when I checked my weight... Despite eating from a fast food restaurant for lunch yesterday, the scale still went down a little this morning!! 😀 This boosted my confidence in being able to occasionally eat out without getting sidetracked from my weight loss goal. I just had to be VERY intentional!

    I unexpectedly had Chick-Fil-A for lunch because my seven-year-old wanted a second lunch as soon as I picked her up from school. So, I checked the menu and nutritional facts of various salads and dressings while we were waiting to order.

    I subbed in grilled chicken and light Italian dressing, but I still had the crispy bell pepper packet (80 calories), which I omit next time. If I had skipped the packet my cobb salad would have been 495 calories less than the default menu version!! 😯

Chick fil a can be pretty decent. I cannot give up waffle fries so I usually get grilled nuggets and waffle fries. So good
