How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I joined in after completing another diet bet and took the week off I’m up 5 lbs 😩

But I’m so excited to start and get back on track!

I had a baby 11 weeks ago

And I’m struggling to stay committed

But one day at a time!

My goal is to be prepregnancy weight
Which was 180 lbs

Today I’m meal prepping and getting ready for the week

Going to the gym as well 💪

The trick is to not weigh yourself until you’ve been back on the diet again for a few days so you don’t see the water gain from the off days. I’m doing that right now. This is why my progress is almost always steady downwards. I don’t weigh myself until I think it will look OK. :smirk:

You go girl, but remember to also give your body time to heal after giving birth :yellow_heart:
