Hi all. Didn’t make my last weigh in but I’m on track for this one. Only a few more weeks until the goal date. Who thinks they can make it? I’m going to give my very very best effort. Working towards losing 1.5lb a week. So far it’s only been about 3-4 per month. That’s while working out 5-6 times a week incl running 2-4 miles at 7-8 min mile pace.

Going to do keto and intermittent fasting this last bit of time to see if that will help give more results.

That sounds like a great plan, I've barely made all the weigh-ins so far. This one should have been easier because it is less weight to lose, but it doesn't feel like it.
