How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

How is everyone doing? I had a long week at work. Anyone else work in the hospital? I work in the birthing center/NICU as a lactation consultant, and we had a huge baby boom this week. Great for my activity level, not so great for mindful eating. New parents love to bring treats.

I'm just starting out, but it's definitely gonna be difficult, I'm sure. But everything worth having takes hard work. I work in Aerospace manufacturing, and am working 55hrs/wk. Just started meal-prepping to help.

I work remotely so I don’t have to deal with others bringing in treats- which is great, as it used to be tough when I worked in person. But I work over 40 hour weeks sometimes to meet deadlines, like this past week. I was writing until 11 pm Thursday and wanted to eat some sugar to push through as I was exhausted. Went to sleep instead and set the alarm to begin working at 5 AM , which was way better, and made the deadline. Hopefully this week is not a repeat.
