I love Yoga With Adriene! I never feel like exercising in the winter and I’ve been trying (unsuccessfully) to convince myself to go to the gym. But no matter how lazy I’m feeling, I can always convince myself to do yoga at home. I’ve started Adriene’s very first 30 day yoga challenge to help me reach my goal. Join me! Oh man, I used to do her workouts! I kind of forgot about her, but I think I might get back into them. They’re kind perfect to two in the winter time. Something about them feels really cozy.
