Shot up TWO lbs this week thanks to Valentine’s Day treats, a date with my husband, and giving into my hunger around 19 hours in every day. Today I Was re motivated. Reached 24 hours, broke my fast with an avocado and sauerkraut. Waited another hour then had stuffed grape leaves and celery with guac. Didn’t have any sugar cravings! I did drink plain polar seltzer to curb my appetite today and that might be my new go to.

Thank you for the encouragement everyone. I’m going to try to limit my sodium these last few days. I’m not positive I’ll reach my goal but I’m trying my best not to sabotage because it’s my first dietbet loss. I’m home with three sick kids under 5 today and got almost no sleep and debated on saying screw it. But then I woke up to all your comments. Thank you!!
