Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

    Good morning everyone! How has the first week been for everyone? Im personally feeling really good and am excited for this new week! I just wanted to say how proud Iam of us all for getting all those workouts in! I know it’s not always easy to make time for it, but we proved that we can do it as long as we make it priority!

    For our next weekly challenge I want to do a “What are YOU eating challenge”. I know we are all trying to look for healthier alternatives and options so I thought it would fun to see what we are all eating! All you have to do is post and share at least one meal a day. You can either share a picture of your meal or post the details of it. Even more awesome if you have any healthy recipes! You can share it here in this thread of the activity area.   • Sunday's dinner is chicken, quinoa with onions, red bell pepper, pineapple, fresh basil, and lemon and lime wedges for a fresh squeeze over everything.

  • This is what I've been eating a lot for lunches.. I call it my Snack Pack lol. A mix of veggies, chicken, half of a hard boiled egg, cheese, soy wasabi almonds, the fruit is usually grapes and apples, and the dipping sauce is usually hummus or yogurt with some ranch seasoning. It's one of my favorite things to eat and has a nice mix of everything.
