How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Does anyone know if anyone else can see our weigh in pics on our profile if they visit our profile. Mine is showing along with my weight and id prefer not to have that showing

Correct. Never weigh in photos, I believe. If you go to your account, there is a little toggle for if you want to show your weight or not. But as for weekly check ins— those are for judges only. I think you can also make a “journal entry” with a photo and decide to make that private or public too.

I just made my weight public. Think it might keep me honest. Plus I've seen myself on film. Holy cow. Need something to keep me losing.
