Did my first weight in for this game and feel defeated already!! I did the January challenge and met my goal and then someone. Weighed in today and the scales says I’ve “gained” 5.6lbs!!😭😭 I know I’m constipated (TMI, sorry!) and just started my period but I hated to see that number 😭😭

I weigh myself daily and take an avg. I easily.can go up 5lbs just from water weight and a salty meal. You are good!
