What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone

Really needing to kick it in gear here. Still traveling for another week. Does anyone have suggestions or ideas on eating out?? I swear all the lettuce I’ve been getting is not crisp and wonderful at all. Maybe I’m burnt out on salads?

Do you have the option of bringing food back to where you are staying? If yes, I’d hit up the grocery store and get pre packed veg, fruit, maybe some peanut butter and crackers…deli meat and cheese…I’d go to the supermarket

I’d do the grocery store route, too. I’d rather more basic ingredients than the unknowns and heaviness of restaurant food! Nice work on the salad choices - I can see how you’d get a bit tired of it, though!
