How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • I just really need to vent. I'm being battered by challenge at the moment.

    Mums birthday meal.
Daughters birthday weekend with multiple eat out situations and party food.
    Hormonal hunger.
Self doubt from gaining after all of the above.
Now also.. Pancake day Tuesday and valentines day today.
And half term soni can't hit the gym and my routine is out of wack.
My partner bought me so much chocolate it's obscene ??

I'm feeling so so weak. Resisting the yellow bar and portioning out the dark chocolate mints and will sneakily give a bunch of them away.

Also if you’re on the scale daily, give it a break for a couple days.

It’s a struggle but a couple days of indulgence won’t completely ruin progress just like a couple days of healthy eating isn’t going to help reach your goal. It’s all about consistency so if you splurged today then tomorrow is a new day to hit your goals
