ok, so this game ends March 3rd, I have not made any progress so far. I have not been very focused on making the necessary changes that I need to make in order to see results. So far, I am just hoping to see results but not working to see results. This changes today. Can you guys please share with me your inspiration for making healthy changes during this challenge and the changes you are making to see results?

You've done this before... so that means you can again and you already know how much better you feel when you start. I have done this before too. Find it hard to believe I did this to myself again. We can do it again. I don't want to die fat.

I have made it a habit to drink a lot of water everyday and I have noticed it makes a big difference. I struggle on the weekends with drinking water because I’m at home (which should be easier but I forget) and at work I take my water so I already know I have to finish it before the end of my shift. I have also cut off rice completely we use to eat rice everyday with dinner so now I just cook it for my family but I replace mine with beans, corn or green beans. I have been obsessed with tuna salad lately, mine is simply I use the iceberg lettuce, tuna, corn and sometimes I add a little mayo (not too much because mayo has a lot of calories) :grimacing: but I’ve always been simple I could eat the same thing for days and don’t get tired of it, my husband is a different story lol
I love turkey ground meat too!
You should also meal prep on Sundays for the week that way you have your week planned out and don’t have to think of what to eat everyday (when you have a plan everything is easier and you won’t rely on fast food) I haven’t worked out which I really should start but I’ve noticed this change to my eating habits has really helped me lose weight. The water is really important I don’t drink anything else, in the morning I have my coffee with 1 tablespoon of creamer and collagen but through out the day only water.
