I’ve talked about fasting a lot lol but I do daily intermittent fasting, 16:8 but here in the last 6 months or so, I’ve been doing 36+ hour fasts as a hard reset when I feel like I need it. Like after a holiday weekend or something like that. Usually on Mondays (research says your body will reach autophagy around 24-48 hours) And I LOVE it. It’s like a natural cleanse and I feel so good after! Highly recommend it! Only 8 hours to go for this 36 hour fast! :))

I absolutely agree - IF is also my key to healthy weight loss! I do 16/8 and consider trying it for 24 to 48 hours.
