How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • Hey everyone! I'm Sarah, a 34 year old homeschool mama to an amazing 6 year old daughter. I have been overweight my entire life. When I had my daughter the weight came on even faster. A few years ago I stepped on the scale and saw that I was 352.8lbs. I knew then that things needed to change. I worked hard and I lost 70lbs. Then one day I was sick of not allowing myself to have pizza and other foods, so I went crazy. The weight started to creep back on. September 2022 I broke my left fibula and tibula. During that crazy season I gained more weight. When I restarted my weight loss journey 2 months ago I was 349.6lbs. Obviously I'm disappointed that I gained the weight back, but I'm also grateful. The way I lost those 70lbs was not something I would be able to continue. I needed to learn why I struggled with food so much. I needed a healthier mindset. I have a healthier mindset with food and I know my whys. I'm ready to do this!
