How do you verify the weight loss?
For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

VIEW ALL STORIES- I've always had over weight, and been trying so many times to lose it, but never made it. This time I've been working hard since last year 22th November. I've been to gym atleast 5 times a week and been changing how I eat. And I've lost more weight then in long. Everything has been "easy" and I've had both discipline and motivation.
