I’m really not sure if I will hit the goal in this game. But I did stay on track this weekend for the first weekend in a long time. I have already signed up for another diet bet that starts after this one. I feel confident that I can make the goals for that one :joy:
Continuing to refine my meal prep and workout routine.

Meal prepping is really what saves me and keeps me eating healthy. I always have cut up veggies in the fridge and salads prepared, and enough protein cooked to last me a few days. It really makes everything grab and go.
