How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I doing well so far down 5lbs but we still have 17 days so that scares me I need to just stay on track! I beat myself up for having a small slice of apple pie in my head that one piece was going to make me gain all I had lost.. ok yes this is me and the weight battle I have in my head.

It’s those small losses that shake the momentum. Make it up to yourself tomorrow, you’ll be back on track:fist:

I completely understand your entire post as well! I lost 4 lbs and was impressed with myself but then worried I won't be able to keep it off and lose the rest. And those small treats are hard not to let bother myself either. I get it 100%. Remember to just keep pushing forward and try not to make that slice of pie into a whole day of negative eating, or into a whole weekend/week. I have these struggles almost to a T. And what people have told me - that I am trying to learn - is to not deprive yourself if those simple pleasures and to not label foods as good or bad - just to eat in moderation and add other things to my plan to help counteract them. Adding more protein and fiber and watching overall calories. One day of high calories will not hurt you, its about the average over a week or a month. Stay strong.
