  • Does anyone use sipping broths? I am trying to get back into these to help ease my food cravings for something savory that is very low calorie - 10 calories!!

Yes! Love it and good for a little protein addition. I love to go for bone broth and even adding some unflavored collagen protein for a little extra protein intake.
