For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Anyone else have the issue with your weight going up and down constantly. It is driving me crazy!

It's normal to have a certain amount of fluctuation In your weight. Do u notice it at certain times of the month or after eating certain foods?

Mine defo goes up if I have more carbs in a day. I’m trying to only weigh once a week now. And I tend to find the day after a weight training session I drop a decent amount so have upped those sessions too! Just try to be consistent and don’t weigh too often x
