I have been doing WW in tandem with DietBet & StepBet to motivate myself. All is going well. I don’t eat a super varied diet, but I do share my meals over on IG to keep myself accountable. In the last 2 weeks, it has been a lot of eggs for breakfast, bumped up my fruit intake, lunch has been a lot of wraps, salads or leftovers, and dinner is mostly things like chicken, burger, ground chicken/turkey mixture and loads of veggies. No pressure at all, and my plates are not super aesthetically pleasing, again it’s mostly to hold myself accountable! I am down 6.4 pounds so far! :)

Yes, I believe if you google the WW zero points list there is one available. So many options on there, sometimes my breakfasts will just be 1 point for cheese, everything else is 0. I love eating eggs and grilled chicken right now, which suits my points well.
