For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I love your 4 square divided container. Where did you find that? Do the veggies and fruit stay good for the week if you prep them on Sunday?

I do prep everything on Sundays and the fruit and veggies are still good by Friday. I do buy everything fresh right before I prep for the week but once the containers are sealed, I haven’t had an issue keeping things fresh and tasty for 5 days.
