Yes, not a good idea to starve, it can have lasting effects. Trust the process, we just started, plenty of time. Let's go!

I agree with Ruth. Please don't starve yourself. It is not sustainable. If you make your goal, you might just binge and gain it all back because you deprived yourself.

Consider joining a game that has different parameters - 3% in 4 weeks or a flex that's 4% in 4-6 weeks.
