Just got done with a Kickstarter & hoping to keep the ball rolling. I stay busy in the spring which is good to keep me from boredom munching BUT I have a very major life event (custody trial w/my ex) next month that I am representing myself and beyond stressed/traumatized. It’s taking every coping strategy I have just to get through each day. Eating healthy helps me feel like I *can* be successful and take care of myself but the urge to seek out comfort foods is STRONG. I’m a sugar addict & even though I have mastered several sugar free/low sugar recipes I still struggle mightily. Hoping the great crew here can help me stay focused & not relapse!!

Thanks for the support everyone! It’s *really* hard for me to balance healthy eating choices vs. swinging either way (binge eating or food avoidance/eating obsession) so I am really grateful to have a support system that helps keep me focused on what’s important!
