I fell off the wagon yesterday. Had a very stressful day & even with best intentions I had a low sugar Greek yogurt bar but that triggered a dive into pure chocolate 😳 I haven’t weighed myself; I’m not interested in punishing myself but I know it’s likely to at minimum to cause a stall on any progress. All I can do is look forward! I packed healthy food for work & brought some fresh strawberries for a treat for lunch, so hopefully that will help me through. I have a sleep study scheduled tonight, so more not fun stuff on the agenda. At least tomorrow is Friday, LOL.

Sometimes no matter what you do it backfires. I stuck to my diet to a T but added in SIMPLE interval jogging to add up to 10 mins of jogging n I gained 2lbs ;/
