Tasty Tuesday:
Part of my weight loss journey has to include good food! If I feel like I'm either starving myself or denying myself flavor, I won't stick to it! My favorite lunch right now is a shrimp and spinach salad. I sautee shrimp, then add a bit of stone ground mustard and a little honey and let it simmer for a minute or 2. I pour it on a bed of baby spinach and top with cherry tomatoes. It's delicious, healthy, and quick!

Salad with pan fried chickpeas butternut squash :)

Salad with either chickpeas cucumber tofu and tomatoes and lemon infused white balsamic. OR salad w tuna and diced apples with a few fresh walnuts and maybe a little Parmesan cheese and red balsamic vinegar.
