Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Venting a little frustration. I was 1 lb away from goal last week. I increased my daily steps from 10,000 minimum to 13,000 minimum and I joined a gym and started lifting heavy. Now I’m weighing in at 205 lbs. grrrr. I know it’s due to water retention from the breakdown of muscle but it’s still so frustrating
