Anyone else having a tough go this round? I’ve fluctuated up a bit since the last weigh in and it’s not budging. I feel like it’s a 10lb mark plateau. Just going to keep being consistent and hope for another whoosh soon.

Losing weight is exactly like that! One strategy is to pick 3 consecutive days each week to track your weight, then divide by 3. One-day tracking can be misleading, and tracking over 3 days shows the trend more clearly. You got this!

I am struggling too. It's affecting my motivation and I know that I'm not likely to get my whoosh until I stick to better habits more closely. Last month I barely squeaked by while doing a little better with habits than this month. Ugh. But for me life has been stressful and I've been battling cold flu symptoms since end of January, over 6 weeks now. I know more rest, and less stress would help so much. Hope you have found a good groove for where you're at and your whoosh gives you some added encouragement!
