Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Correct! For this game as a non member just the weigh in and weigh out. You CAN submit each week to help keep yourself accountable as needed, but it is not required and you also arent entered into the extra “fun” drawings as a member

Great question! Casi is correct, as a non-member, you only submit the Initial and Final weigh-in. You can also submit unofficial weigh-ins, which is when you update your weight in the app to keep track of your progress, but you don't submit anything.
