Ok so my son and I had planned to start 25min Speed Train before I joined this programme, so we’ve done day 1 of that today. We really enjoyed it! I haven’t worked out in about 18 months since having emergency surgery at the end of 2024 that changed everything for me. I finally feel ready and being a huge Joel fan this programme felt right. My son is 9 and really keen to start working out with me. He recently saw some photos of me during my liift 4 training a few years back and was hugely impressed by my “jacked arms” 😂 I want those back!! 😂😍
