For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I had a super stressful day after I did my weigh-in, but I still got my gallon of water in yesterday. I am currently trying to motivate myself to get in a workout today before I know my mind will say it's too late to do anything.

What motivates everyone to get up off the couch???

I'm a little worried that you're drinking a gallon of water a day. You could be setting yourself up for a serious electrolyte imbalance, unless you are doing a lot of heavy activity in a hot environment, and consciously replacing lost electrolytes. Good luck with your diet bet!
