How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • How is everyones progress? I'm down 6.4 pounds and I have 6.3 to go. Quite literally half way there, and I'm nervous!

My whys: I need to be stronger. I had back surgery about a year and a half ago and I feel weak all the time, back pain constant. I need to lose weight, strengthen my core, and be stronger overall!

Keep going! Weight loss is hard and at times discouraging. Your whys are important feeling better and improving health is a great thing. Keep the hard work going and make your future self proud!

My husband just had his 3rd lumbar fusion surgery and has an upcoming multi level cervical fusion surgery. I say all that to say this….we understand how difficult this is for you. Chronic pain makes exercise difficult but it’s so important to keep moving. Congrats on your loss…that is a huge win! Keep up the good work!!
