Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I think this is my 4th diet bet. They really help me stay accountable with my goals. I'm working on meal prep to succeed

I’ve done quite a few diets. Early on I was usually successful, then put the weight back on. I’ve lost my last two games and want to change that with this one!

Goals - avoid sweets and processed foods; track food and hit macros (especially protein!); follow my triathlon training plan. I’m doing a trial on May 9 then currently my wetsuit does not fit, so a very specific goal is to get in that wetsuit in 6 weeks! :joy:
