  • Good morning and welcome to week 3 of the game! We are officially halfway through the game and it’s awesome to see all the progress being made!

    This week kicks off a busy month in our house so I have to make a plan to keep up my progress. This means meal planning-why do these people insist on eating every day?!- planning my workouts, and making sure I’m staying hydrated. The water bottle is next to me and full, so it’s time to plan the week!
