How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Spent the last 3 days at the gym and thinking to do rest day tomorrow, but just can’t stop. Addicted to self improvement. How many times a week are you at the gym?

I try to take one FULL rest day (walking only). I personally do HIIT/Cycling for cardio 3-5 days per week, after my heavy weight training sessions. Building muscle while losing fat isn’t the best for the scale with these competitions but, there is NOTHING like feeling strong!

it’s so fun to ride the motivation high, right?! :muscle:?
I’ve been trying to do 4 hiit classes at the gym a week, plus 6 days home workouts at home, I alternate dumbbell workouts and Pilates. Dumbbell workouts are Caroline girvan videos on YouTube, and I got my hands on the classic Winsor Pilates dvds (I used to have the vhs in 2002 ?) so grateful for fb marketplace. My approach is i choose which home workout I do based on/after the hiit classes since I don’t know in advance what muscle group the focus will be. It’s my strategy to maximize workouts and account for recovery.
