Had a birthday dinner yesterday at a buffet and piled up on the protein like craaazyy. All the meat, all the seafood! If it had protein in it, I ate it haha

45min incline treadmill. I’m Averaging 7 incline at 3.6miles- with lots of adjustments- sometimes lower incline, sometimes more speed.

I want to push for 1hr tomorrow. The sweat is real with these incline walks. I hit a bit over 7k steps with each session. Thinking to do an hr just to hit that 10k!

  • Did not do good with my eating for the past 3 days ! I have to take control of it today .first meal : leftovers steak with veggies and a thin slice of sour dough bread I made .
