I may not have hit my goal in February, but what I’ve learned about nutrition after investing in a nutritionist for which my program was completed yesterday, I feel miles ahead than where I started 6 months ago on the food journey. I didn’t lose the weight in Feb cause I got a little lax on the meals, but that didn’t stop me for moving my body almost everyday.

It’s March. And that means the beginning of a new season. Trust where you are in your personal journey. All good things take time, and are goddamn worth it.

I’ve got some time before the summer, and I know I will get there. Trust the process, they say. I’m totally here for that 💪

I know I’m a little backwards here, but I hate the weekends. Being a single mother got me like that. That’s why I always make sure I make the week count. This week I’m gonna up my game to my regular daily runs, my regular arm workouts, but I’m going to add another 20min full body exercise every single day to my routine. I am a bit behind on my weight goal so I’m gonna make this week count Big time. Bring it on Monday 💪 hopefully in the near future I will have the weekends to look forward to!!

This is the month I get to the finish line. It’s been a journey and I am here now. I intend to dedicate myself completely to the next 4 weeks to get to that sweet spot I haven’t seen for a looong time. Let’s keep our food on point, and let’s continue to move dat body everyday! Good luck!
