How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

New verified study now shows that if you fast that a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in the morning and one before bed time will increase weight loss as well as the following morning will bring down those that have pre dawn phenomenon with glucose. And two tablespoons even better effects if you can tolerate the taste. Best to drink it mixed with water and a straw.

I wish I could do Apple cider vinegar. I have reflux and take medication for it so that would make it worse

Good morning Kati,Apple cider vinegar contains no calories, carbohydrates, fat, or protein in a tablespoon serving. Its primary components are acetic acid and water. ACV contains no macronutrients.
